We are cognisant of our clients’ concerns about the status of their claims. To ensure that up-to-date information is available to clients, we have created this section where clients can log in to view the status of their claim in the last fortnight and review its current settlement position for a period of up to fifteen days.
Needless to say, PCA ensures that this process uses 32-bit encrypting and each client concern can have the convenience of viewing the position of all its own claim settlement matters at once. |
